Jeffrey D. Carter, M.D.
Dr.Carter graduated from the University Of Utah School Of Medicine and completed his internship and residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Stanford University Medical Center. Subsequently, he served as a fellow in Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgery at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, and is board certified in orthopedic surgery.

Dr.Carter has been in private practice in Monterey, California since 1989. He has had a long – standing interest and specialized training in orthopedic surgery and sports related injuries. The laser hair removal service provided in his office appeals to many people including (but not limited to) sports related enthusiasts, such as swimmers and cyclists. As Medical Director, Dr.Carter reviews all laser hair removal treatments. He has been certified in laser hair removal procedures since 1999, however all procedures are performed privately by laser hair removal certified registered nurses in a comfortable and private office setting.

Lisa Carter, R. N.
Lisa Carter graduated from San Jose University earning her Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing. Her experience includes seventeen years of hospital nursing at a major trauma center in San Jose, as well as working in private hospitals in the Bay Area. She has worked in the operating room, surgical intensive care units, and recovery room. Lisa has been certified in laser hair removal procedures since 1999 and is now acting as the Clinical Director for Laser Hair Removal in the office of Jeffrey D. Carter, M. D.
